There are four Job Skills you can learn at the School.
Our Associate Degree (ast) is an award for completing the full combination of the following job skills:
- Hairdressing
- Esthetics (Skin Care & Cosmetics)
- Nails (Nail Arts & Sciences)
- Electrolysis (Permanent Hair Removal)
Your curriculum may be comprised of just one job skill or any combination of the four job skills. Students may focus on just one or any combination of Non-Hair programs OR select just Hairdressing or Hairdressing with any combination of Non-Hair Electives, Students that successfully complete all four job skills will receive the Associate Degree (ast). Hours of Attendance
All school programs are either, full time day courses, which are Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm, or part time evening courses, Monday through Thursday from 6pm to 10pm.
Holidays
The school will be closed on the following holidays:
- Spring Break (the Friday before and Monday after Easter)
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving
- Winter Break (December 24 until the next business day after January 1st)
When a holiday occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, the School Director will determine which day of the week will be assigned in lieu of that holiday. The school posts the Holidays in advance in a conspicuous place available to all students.
Refresher Tutorials
We also offer refresher tutorials to assist current professionals and/or inactive professionals an opportunity to learn the specific topics of their interest.
