Institutional Eligibility: Campus Crime and Security Statistics Disclosures

Reporting requirements are modified to include more specific information on the location of the crime (including “noncampus building or property” and “public property” as defined), maintenance of a daily crime log, additional crimes (e.g., manslaughter and arson), to be reported, reporting by catergory of prejudice, if applicable (e.g., race, gender, religion), annual submission of the report to ED, Making copies available to the public and including the report in information disseminated annually to all enrolled and prospective students.
