Thanksgiving

School is Closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Thursday and Friday November 27 and 28. Additionally school will be closed on Wendsday the 26th for evening class only. Due to a seasonal limitation on the number of students currently available in the evening hair clinic NO more appointments are available for evening hair services from now until thansgiving.

Toys 4 Tots

There is a different type of feeling you get when you anonymously donate a toy to a child. The school will again this year be collecting toys for children. This is in cooperation with the United States Marine Corp. Toys can be dropped off Monday through Friday form 9am to 3pm in the schools main hairclinic. The staff, administration and students participate by actively donating to the campaign. Other Business' and beauty salons can participate by being a collection site. Admissons Improvements

The school has changed the way potential students see the graphics during the "Tour and Information Session" with the addition of a 42 inch flat panel monitor. Though is was obvious some adjustments were in order, the first group of visitors to see the power point presentation on the new monitor seemed impressed with ease of sight. The schools hardware maintenance person said that a simple change in the cabling would make the system 1st class.

School Uniform Changes

The Bucks Co School of Beauty Culture is changing the color of the schools scrubs to cranberry. The retiring black color was much cleaner looking than the original white but was prone to students wearing black pants other than the official scrubs. Adjustments in the embroidery color on the apron portion of the schools uniform are being made to bring the cranberry color into the school's logo.

Hello to all, I don't know if you will remember me, graduated in 07/89, I came upon the site while in process of transferring my license to the State of Virginia where I now reside. Can't tell you how nice it was to see Carol's smiling face on the site. I wonder where Steve and Wendy are ? I often think of the school and the training I received. Over the years of "working in the indusrty" I have had the up close and personal experience to see many people entering the field with out the proper training or fundamentals required to launch a successful career. Many methods learned at BCSBC, have stood the test of time affording me the opportunity for advancement. Thank you.
