The Bucks County School of Beauty Culture inc. is offering two scholarships to the seniors graduating each year from many schools in and around the Philadelphia / Bucks / Montgomery County areas. We are approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education as an Associate Degree Granting Institution. The scholarships are in the amount of $3000.00 each to be applied toward the tuition for the complete Associate Degree Course. The current tuition for the Degree Program is $22,100.00 Scholarship recipients will receive the scholarship to be put toward the cost of the course (only) as of the time they register. Students will need to pay the $100.00 registration and purchase their supplies (approx. $1699.00 plus tax). Most students receive somewhere between $12,000.00 and $20,000 in various financial aid awards. Other than registration and supplies, there should will probably be a small monthly payment to cover the remainder of the tuition.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Your Guidance Department must attest that recipients will graduate with at least a 2.5 GPA and have no recorded history of disciplinary and/or violent behavior.

Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation to our school.

Applicants must have parental/guardian permission to apply and attend a Pre-admissions presentation (tour) at the school.

Award recipients must be aware that they must maintain satisfactory progress and exhibit a continuing positive attitude toward their education, the facility, the staff, school and the programming to maintain their award and/or attendance in this school.
